Current CLPVC Tribal Member Assistance Programs
Program #1 – CLPVC Tribal Member – Direct Assistance Program.
Eligible CLPVC tribal members may apply for a direct payment of $1,123.56 per tribal member. CLPVC will also offer the option to issue a direct vendor payment for those who prefer not to receive a direct payment.

Program #2 – CLPVC Tribal Member – Housing/Utility Assistance Program
Eligible CLPVC tribal members may apply for assistance with rent/mortgage/housing deposit and/or utility assistance of $3,000.00 per CLPVC Tribal member.

Applications are available online through survey monkey now, paper applications will be available next week. Applications will be processed in the order they are received; please note the processing time may take up to 30 days after receipt of a fully completed application.

Tribal Member ID Cards
CLPVC Tribal Cards (Photo Option)
CLPVC now has the ability create tribal cards with photo option for tribal members. To request a new tribal card, fill out the form and scan/email it to Tribaladministrator@clpvc.org. New tribal cards will print on a plastic ID card and will include your name, address (either physical or mailing), tribal enrollment number, and an identification photo (optional).
