CLPVC Tribal Member Continued Needs Survey - COVID-19 Pandemic Effects

CLPVC is seeking responses from CLPVC tribal members regarding continued needs as a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic. Below is the link to access the optional online survey. We strongly encourage anyone who can use the web format to use that form as it will show reminders for any required fields. If you cannot use the online form, please contact us and paper surveys will be provided.

CLPVC - ARPA Cash & Assistance Program - Application Available!

Below is the link to access the CLPVC Tribal Member Application for ARPA Cash/Program Assistance. We strongly encourage anyone who can use the web format to use that form as it will show reminders for any required fields. If you cannot use the online form, it can be printed and filled out. Applications will be available through the Clarks Point Village Council. Please scan/email all paper forms to Tribaladministrator@clpvc.org.

CLPVC - ARPA Cash & Assistance Program - Upcoming

8/31/2021

At the August 2021 monthly meeting (8/30/2021), the Clarks Point Village Council passed a motion to approve $1500 in cash assistance (or cash may be applied to program assistance) and $3000 in program in assistance to every income eligible tribal member regardless of their geographical location to assist in offsetting the negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. This program is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act. 

The applications for this program are currently being created, as soon as the application is ready, it will be made available on the website as an online form and in paper form for who need it. More information with be forthcoming regarding the application, application requirement, and processing protocols. No applications will be funded prior to beginning of the new fiscal year (10/1/2021).
