Lockdown Rescinded

Clarks Point Village Council has ended its lockdown mandate. As of 10/18/2021; there are no travel or quarantine policies through the Clarks Point Village Council. All travel is considered at your own risk.


The CLPVC building continues to be closed to the public until further notice; but services continue to be provided. If you need assistance, please contact a CLPVC employee during regular office hours.



CLPVC encourages community members to contact the clinic: if you have been exposed to COVID-19, have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or if you have been travelling. CLPVC also has a limited supply of at-home COVID-19 rapid tests; if you are in need of COVID-19 test and unable to get tested through the clinic, please contact CLPVC and we can deliver a home test kit to you.

FDA Approves First COVID-19 Vaccine

On August 23, 2021, "the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty (koe-mir’-na-tee), for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. The vaccine also continues to be available under emergency use authorization (EUA), including for individuals 12 through 15 years of age and for the administration of a third dose in certain immunocompromised individuals."

COVID-19 Vaccinations

Per the CDC, " COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective at preventing COVID-19 disease, especially severe illness and death. COVID-19 vaccines reduce the risk of people spreading the virus that causes COVID-19."

Social Distancing/Masking/Self-Monitoring

Practice safe social distancing, increased hygiene measures such as frequent hand washing, and wear a face mask when appropriate. Self-monitor for symptoms that may beconsistent with COVID-19. Stay home and contact a healthcare provider if you exhibit any symptoms.

Mental/Physical Health

Participate in wellness activities that you enjoy (subsistence activities, berry picking, reading, yoga, or other hobbies). Keep your immune system strong by eating well and keeping your body active.
